Before joining IndusParquet, Bayuk worked for nine years at Golden State Flooring, working in various sales and management positions, including regional sales manager and national account manager. Bayuk holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Vermont, and he is licensed in California as a building contractor and certified construction document technician.
