Architectural Systems Inc. earned the 2013 New York Enterprise Report (NTER) Small Business Award for Best Practice: Sales & Marketing.
The company, which distributes a variety of interior surfaces, including hardwood flooring, made it through a rigourous 10-month judging process to win one of the "Emmys of Entrepreneurs." Awards are presented to companies that use their best practices and implemented programs to generate competitive advantages, revenue profits and long-term value.
"As a past finalist, it was tremendously gratifying to win the coveted Sales and Marketing award, especially against such talented competition. We have worked hard on all of our progressive marketing endeavors and braving the social media frontier," Nancy Jackson, president and co-founder of Architectural Systems, said in a statement.
