The management platform allows the contractor to create and store daily field work notes (reports, schedules, photos and punchlists, etc.) and documents like RFIs, submittals, invoices, change orders and payment applications. A contractor can also use BuildingBlok to manage the bid process with existing contractors and new contractors through the BuildingBock Network.
A contractor can sign up for the service for $50 per month. Once signed up, contractors can share their access with crews for no additional charge. The first gigabyte of data is free, and each additional gigabyte costs $50.
