Chemque Acquired by Royal Adhesives

A portfolio company has acquired all the assets of polyurethane foam and adhesives supplier Chemque.

The Toronto-based Chemque was acquired by Royal Adhesives & Sealants LLC, a company of Arsenal Capital Partners.

"Chemque's success and growth over the past 41 years was the direct result of offering advanced technology, exemplary service and customized products and application solutions," said CEO Alex Botrie in a statement.

This is Royal's seventh acquisition since 2010.
