The trade show floor at the 2015 National Wood Flooring Association Wood Flooring Expo is, with 10 weeks to go before the show, sold out.
A total of 462 booths are registered with 257 companies at the Expo, which this year will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the NWFA. It will take place in St. Louis, the association’s birthplace, April 28–May 1.
Two and a half months before the show, attendee registrations have increased by 23 percent compared with the 2014 Expo in Nashville. Fifty-seven percent more hotel rooms have already been reserved compared to 2014.
This year’s keynote messages will be delivered by Oscar-winning mill owner Bill Courtney and St. Louis Cardinals General Manager John Mozeliak.
The “Play it Forward” theme will include sports-oriented networking events at the St. Louis Cardinals game and St. Louis Rams dome, which is also the site of the trade show floor. Attendees will also have a chance to win a VIP trip for two to Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco.
It will also include long-term opportunities to give back to communities across the U.S. Baseball Hall of Famer Ozzie Smith will announce the NWFA’s partnership with Gateway PGA REACH Foundation, an organization that helps underprivileged youth. Actor Gary Sinise, of the Gary Sinise Foundation, will also launch a partnership with NWFA to benefit wounded military veterans.
