HPS North American and Shönox Deepen North American Relationship

HPS North America (Florence, Ala.) and Schönox GmbH (Rosendahl, Germany) recently signed a multi-year operating agreement, which will have them working together closely to market and distribute the German-based companies subfloor products in North America.

The companies have been working with each other since 2011.

“Our relationship and operations have quickly strengthened over the past four years with significant growth in the Schönox brand name and its sales,” said Hubert Steinberg, Schönox executive manager in the US, in a statement.
