Roy Reichow, NWFACP-certified Inspector and founder of National Wood Floor Consultants Inc. (Cedar, Minn.), and construction industry lawyer Blake Nelson of Hellmuth & Johnson will hold a seminar on liability on Aug. 25.
The presentation, “Who’s Responsible,” will cover who is ultimately responsible if a floor fails and how business owners can protect themselves; manufacturer liability and the impact of “pass through” laws; and written disclaimers for installers and suppliers to limit liability.
