The North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors will hold the 2015 Distribution Management University on Nov. 3 from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. at the Hilton Orlando in Orlando, Fla., in conjunction with the NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention.
The DMU is for general, sales, branch and operations managers to increase their industry knowledge and leadership capabilities, according to NAFCD. It will cover how to increase gross margin, cash flow and return on investment, as well as how to calculate break-even.
Bob Langdon, author of “Managing Your Business for Profit,” will lead the DMU. He has been a business consultant since 1983.
