Thanh Nien Investment became the sole distributor of Bona AB, the Swedish parent company of Aurora, Colo.-based Bona US, in Vietnam, according to Thahn Nien News.
TNI, owned by Thanh Nien Media Corp., signed the deal with Bona AB on Oct. 12.
Bona chose TNI as its distributor because of TNI’s “financial capacity, profound experience and its contacts with local customers,” the firm’s director, Nguyen Anh Nghia, told the paper.
He added that TNI “aims to become a pioneer” in the Vietnamese wood flooring market by providing installation and maintenance products.
