The International Surfaces Event East 2016 will launch a new seminar program called Ignite, which will give participants the opportunity to learn from more than 100 speakers, panelists and industry professionals.
Ignite will be held Jan. 19–22 inside the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The program will feature specialty tracks tailored for industry sectors, including architects and designers; distributors; fabricators; and installers, contractors and retailers.
“Partnering with industry experts to thoughtfully craft and design a custom experience, Ignite is proudly designed by and with industry professionals specifically for industry professionals,” said Amie Gilmore, director of TISE.
Featured sessions include “Through the Eyes of the Consumer,” which will reveal months of research and a secret shopper project undertaken by the World Floor Covering Association and Benchmark International that will offer insight into why big box stores thrive and independent flooring retailers are closing their doors.
