Mr. Sandless (Aston, Pa.) so far plans to open nine new sites in North America and three master franchise locations internationally in 2016.
The new North American locations are in Texas, California, Florida, Illinois, Colorado, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Louisiana and Ontario. They, along with one master franchise location in Nairobi, Kenya, will open in the first quarter.
Two master franchise locations are also planned to open in France and Romania later this year. The company has international franchises in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
The new locations follow the addition of five franchises in North America at the end of 2015, and are part of an expansion plan that took off when oil prices began dropping, CEO Daniel Praz said in a statement.
“Three years ago I announced at our yearly convention that we would start our expansion when the price of oil dropped, as I believed this would spur the economy,” he said. “Once we saw that occur, we aggressively started our expansion campaign with a goal of having a dealer in the top 200 markets in the USA and the top 30 markets in Canada.”
