Aacer Flooring (Peshtigo, Wis.) completed its prefinished line expansion and the inaugural order of prefinished flooring shipped last week.
The expansion took six months and increased Aacer’s manufacturing footprint to 315,000 square feet.
“Lead times, color and quality will all be managed internally and under our watch,” said General Manager Ray Webb in a statement. “Having this capability in-house will allow us to service our customer base more efficiently.”
The company’s prefinished flooring will be marketed as the Heartland Collection, which features nine colors along with natural finishes in hard maple, red oak and hickory.
