The new executive team of Gilford-Johnson Flooring, the business entity created when Gilford Flooring and Johnson Wholesale Floors merged earlier this month, includes a balance of individuals from each company.
The CEO and president is Dennis Cook, formerly of Gilford Flooring.
The other executives and their roles are: Melinda McChesney of Johnson Wholesalers, southeast division president; Scott Shanks of Gilford Flooring, senior VP of finance and administration; Rob Purkins of Gilford Flooring, senior VP of products and marketing; Nik Burdett of Johnson Wholesale, senior VP of sales; David Dabbs of Gilford Flooring, VP of purchasing and technical/sales service; Jodie Doyle of Gilford Flooring, VP of product management; Chris Nelson of Gilford Flooring, director of human resources and general counsel.
