The company is dividing into two entities: Armstrong World Industries will focus solely on ceilings, while Armstrong Flooring will deal in floors.
Armstrong World will be led by current ceilings division CEO Vic Grizzle and Armstrong Flooring by current flooring division CEO Don Maier, according to LancasterOnline.
