NPI Buys Precision Technology's Floor Coatings Business

National Paint Industries (New Brunswick Township, N.J.), which includes the Harco, Garco and Sampson brands, purchased the floor coatings division of Memphis, Tenn.-based Precision Technology.

Precision Technology products include the Swedish Finish and Swedish Crown coating systems products. The company’s manufacturing, quality control, research and development and customer service departments will move to National Paint’s New Jersey facility.

The purchase price was not disclosed.
