W.F. Taylor LLC (Fontana, Calif.) hired Steven Williams as the company’s CFO, effective immediately.
Williams will be responsible for the financial, accounting, mergers and acquisitions and information technology functions of the company.
Williams has more than 30 years of experience in the textile and apparel industries, including senior positions at Milliken & Company and Russell Corporation. He was most recently CFO of the floor covering division at Milliken & Company.

Williams’ executive leadership team will include Allan Preyer, vice president of commercial activities; Richard Schawe, vice president of manufacturing; and Robert Ddamulira, vice president of technology.
W.F. Taylor recently named a new CEO, Daniel Pelton, who replaced long-time CEO Jack Raidy.
