HPS North America–Schönox (Florence, Ala.) is now accepting submissions to its annual Worst Subfloor Contest.
The contest, which crowned its 2015 winners in February, is for industry professionals to show off the worst subfloors they’ve come across and how they restored the subfloor using Schönox products.
“The response to the contest has been strong in its first two years, and we are already seeing entries for this year,” said Principal Thomas Trissl in a statement. “It’s a great opportunity to take a look at the most extreme conditions in the field and recognize the great work being done by flooring professionals all across North America.”
The winner of the third annual contest receives $7,000 in Schönox dollars, and three team members will get a three-night stay in Las Vegas including airfare and a $500 hotel gift card. Second prize is $4,000 in Schönox dollars plus a DeWalt 20-volt MAX* XR Brushless drill and driver kit. Third prize is $1,000 in Schönox dollars and a Yeti cooler and bottle.
Entry forms should be submitted online by Dec. 9.
