Watson Lumber Buys, Renames Barnes Brothers Hardwood Flooring

Watson Lumber Co. (Holly, Ark.) purchased Hamburg, Ark.-based Barnes Brothers Hardwood Flooring and renamed the company to Magnolia Flooring Mill LLC in May.

Magnolia Flooring continues to manufacture Chickasaw brand hardwood flooring under its new name and ownership, according to Chickasaw owner Jim Duke, who had a partnership with Barnes.

Watson Lumber Co. and Magnolia Flooring Mill will operate as separate companies.
