The Cradle to Cradle Certified Product Program is now providing its Catalyst online course for free on Oct. 31.
The Catalyst program is for product developers, designers and manufacturers who wish to better understand and implement Cradle to Cradle Certification in their business. The certification assesses products based on their sustainability.
The Catalyst program is a 2.5-hour self-paced online course. It used to be offered for a fee, but is now funded through support from the Roy A. Hunt Foundation and freely available.
“It can sometimes seem daunting to undertake the Cradle to Cradle journey, especially when you’re just getting started,” said Marisa Guber, community of practice manager, in a statement. “The Catalyst program gives newcomers a clear understanding of the Cradle to Cradle Certified process, and helps existing practitioners deepen their knowledge.”
