Fishman Flooring Solutions (Baltimore) opened a branch in Knoxville, Tenn.
The branch features a showroom and a warehouse designed to improve the efficiency of Fishman’s shipping operations. The warehouse in Knoxville will service Fishman’s branch in Johnson City.
“Two fundamental principles drive our strategy for investing in bricks and mortar,” said Bob Wagner, president and CEO of Fishman Flooring Solutions, in a statement. “First, the investment must improve our ability to delight our customers. Second, the investment must enable us to grow our current business and position us to expand into new markets or through acquisition. The Knoxville branch and warehouse meet both of those criteria.”
The branch will be managed by Shanea Burnett, who has more than 20 years of customer service experience.
