Armstrong Flooring (Lancaster, Pa.) has added its portfolio of products to BIMsmith, an application for building information modeling, a process by which architects, engineers and construction professionals can plan and manage projects.
BIMsmith users can use the tool to select Armstrong Flooring products for their projects, and the tool will give the user BIM data, specs and product cut sheets.
“Adding the Armstrong Flooring portfolio of products to BIMsmith puts us in a great position to be noticed early by specifiers and get inserted into projects at the design phase,” said Commercial Marketing Director Deb Lechner in a statement. “We are very excited to be featured on a platform that increases our exposure within the AEC community.”
