Mannington Mills Inc. (Salem, N.J.) donated $10,000 to Silicon Valley Faces, a nonprofit that promotes inclusive communities among Silicon Valley, Calif.-area students.
Mannington, which is connected to the area via its ownership of San Jose-based Burke Industries, said in a statement it has a long history of community involvement across its entire organization.
“It’s both a duty and an honor to support the San Jose community,” said Mannington Chairman Keith Campbell. “Especially where children are concerned, we need to make sure we are fostering a positive atmosphere and providing a bright future.”
