The headquarters for Bona US (Aurora, Colo.) is slated to migrate from its current facility this year and nearly double in size. The company will relocate its North and South American headquarters from Aurora, Colo., to the Denver Tech Center in Englewood, Colo.
While it’s only about a 20-minute drive from its previous location, the new venue will boast 74,209 square feet of space and house the Swedish subsidiary company’s largest machine maintenance center.
The new building will serve as both an office and training center and go through a remodeling this month to develop a modernized, open floor plan. The site will include an upgraded café, outdoor pavilion and gym. The move is anticipated to take place toward the end of 2018.
“This new space will provide a welcoming environment where our employees can continue to deliver excellence to our continuously growing customer base of distributors, retailers, vendors and families,” said Bona Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations Richard Goering in a statement. “We are excited to make this long-term investment in the community we love,” Goering said of the move.
The company finalized the purchased of its new single-story HQ in December.
