Floor & Décor Announces Sale of 10 Million Shares of Common Stock

Floor & Décor announced a public offering price of $37.25 per share for 10 million shares of common stock being sold by certain shareholders of the company.

The selling stockholders also intend to offer the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.5 million additional shares of common stock, according to Floor & Décor.

The company is not selling any shares in the offering, and thus will not receive any proceeds from the sale.
