American Hardwood Develops App for Wood Species Info

The American Hardwood Information Center has developed a mobile app that allows users to quickly check the availability, characteristics and aesthetic of different hardwood species.

The free tool serves as a reference guide and provides side-by-side comparisons of species being considered for a project. It also features a stain simulator that shows how different wood will appear in clear, light, medium and dark stains.
