WarmlyYours (Lake Zurich, Ill.) reported a 27.4 percent increase in sales for heated wood floor projects in the third quarter of 2018 compared with the same period in 2017.
The electric floor heating systems company stated it has made an effort to reach out the wood flooring industry over the past year.
“There’s a lot of misinformation out there that is holding back consumers from combining floor heating with wood flooring,” WarmlyYours Owner and President Julia Billen said in a statement. “When we work together sharing data on products and experiments, we’re not just helping ourselves, we’re helping the consumer.”
Tile continues to be the most popular flooring material for electric floor heating systems, according to the company.
