WFB Briefs: Cali Bamboo ‘Top Workplace’; Business Development Manager Wanted; Lumber Liquidators Senior VP

Lumber Liquidators (Toano, Va.) named Doug Clark senior vice president, supply chain, following the resignation of Carl Daniels, chief supply chain officer, Nov. 9. Clark’s promotion is part of Lumber Liquidators’ leadership transition and succession plans, the company said. Clark, who joined the company in February 2017, will report to Chief Customer Experience Officer Charles Tyson.

Cali Bamboo (San Diego) was named a top place to work in 2018 for the fifth year in a row by the San Diego Union-Tribune, ranking 21 among businesses with 149 employees or less. The company has grown from 72 to 140 employees over the past two years.
