Mannington Announces Leadership Retirements, Transitions

Three leaders in the Mannington Mills (Salem, N.J.) residential segment are retiring at the end of 2018, including Residential President Ed Duncan; VP of Sales Steve Zangla and VP of Styling Joe Amato.

Zangla joined Mannington in 1997 and assumed the role of VP of residential sales in 1999. Max Holland took over as VP of residential sales this fall.

Amato has been with Mannington for 39 years. He will be succeeded Jan. 1 by Terry Marchetta, who will take over as senior director, residential styling.

Duncan announced his retirement from Mannington in June. Senior VP of Distribution Network Zack Zehner will be promoted to the role of residential president Jan. 1.

“Ed, Steve and Joe have each made significant contributions to the success of the residential business during their tenure here,” President and CEO Russell Grizzle stated. “We have strong

momentum in the marketplace, and this succession plan ensures that we will be well-positioned to build on our recent successes for years to come. On behalf of everyone at Mannington, we wish them many years of good health and happiness in their well-earned retirements.”
