Mannington Mills (Salem, N.J.) announced that Ed Duncan, president of the company’s residential business, will retire December 31.
Duncan has been with Mannington for 30 years, starting out as director of marketing and serving in several senior-level positions before being promoted to his current position in 2014.
“Ed’s impact goes far beyond his official credentials,” Mannington President and CEO Russell Grizzle said in a statement. “He has been a guiding force both inside and outside our industry. His ‘always say yes’ attitude and deep belief in Mannington’s culture and values have played a large part in his success.”
Senior VP of Distribution Network Zack Zehner will be promoted to president of Mannington Residential following Duncan’s retirement.
