Distributor Crown Products Acquires Blakely Products Company

Crown Products Inc. (Bloomington, Minn.), a distributor of flooring and flooring installation products, announced the acquisition of Warren, Mich.-based flooring distributor Blakely Products Company.

Blakely, founded in 1946, has six locations in Michigan and one in Ohio.

“This acquisition aligns with our mission to build one of the premier sundries and flooring distributors in the country,” Crown CEO John DeYoung said in a statement. “We are excited to partner with the Blakely team and work together to further distinguish Crown as an industry leader."

It is the fifth acquisition since 2018 for Crown, which has a 27-location flooring distribution network.
