DM Hardwood Designs School Concludes With Hand-Cut Inlays Built By Students

The DM Hardwood Designs School concluded last week with the completion of two panels with hand-cut inlays and a hand-cut wilderness inlay.

The class, held Sept. 19–23 at Denver Hardwood in Denver, was led by wood flooring expert Dave Marzalek, a 20-time Floor of the Year winner. The class consisted of 14 students of all skill levels. Other instructors included Brett Miller, Jon Colpron and Trevor Larsen.

Marzalek plans to host the school every six months, with the next opportunity currently slated for late March 2023. The dates of the next school are to be announced.
