Gemini Coatings (El Reno, Okla.) announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Rudd Company Inc., a wood coatings manufacturer based in Seattle and parent company of the Glitsa Wood Floor Finishes and Rudd Wood Finishes brands.

We relish the opportunity to expand our range of solutions for our customers.”
Gemini Coatings acquired Lenmar Wood Finishes and Coatings from Benjamin Moore last year.
