Mullican Flooring’s Pat Oakley To Succeed Neil Poland as Company President

Mullican Flooring (Johnson City, Tenn.) announced that Pat Oakley will be promoted to president, effective Jan. 1, 2024.

Oakley will succeed Neil Poland, who has served as president of Mullican since 1999 and will transition to executive chairman.

Oakley first joined Mullican in 2000 as a regional sales manager and most recently served as VP of marketing, leading various strategic initiatives, including rebranding the company in 2018.

“Pat is a proven leader who exudes a relentless work ethic, tremendous energy and enthusiasm for our business,” Poland said in a statement. “He has done a superb job managing two segments within our company, and this should be a natural step in Pat’s career."
