WFB Briefs: Register For FCICA Meeting, Builders’ Show Record Attendance, More

Registration is open for the Flooring Contractors Association’s Spring Mid-Year Meeting March 31–April 2 in Fort Worth, Texas. The event brings flooring professionals together for educational sessions. Registration is $675 for members and $775 for non-members.
The National Association of Home Builders hosted more than 81,000 attendees at its International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas held Feb. 25–27—a record attendance in the show’s 81-year history.
Multifamily construction starts fell 25% to a rate of 355,000 in 2024, according to the National Association of Home Builders. NAHB expects multifamily starts to fall 11% in 2025 to a rate of 317,000 but stabilize in 2026 by increasing 6% to 336,000.
