Haines, Belknap to Share Seats on Board of Directors

As part of a recent agreement between the two companies, J.J. Haines and Company (Glen Burnie, Md.) and Belknap White Group (Mansfield, Mass.) will each hold a seat on one another’s board of directors.

The two distributors have completed an investment and collaboration partnership that will “improve the strategic effectiveness of both organizations,” a joint statement read. Both distributors will continue to operate as they currently do with no leadership structure changes.

“We are excited to be working with the Haines team creating a flooring platform from Maine to Florida that differentiates us from our competitors while working together to help our customers be more successful,” said Belknap CEO Raymond Mancini in a statement.
