Maxwell Hardwood Flooring (Monticello, Ark.) marked its 25th anniversary with a luncheon at the University of Arkansas-Monticello on March 16.
The program was attended by the company’s staff and customers, as well as a number of local business and community leaders. Company president Wil Maxwell opened the luncheon with remarks about the effort and sacrifice is takes to develop a successful business, and CEO Tommy Maxwell concluded the event by expressing his gratitude for the support shown by staff, customers and local businesses.
Maxwell Hardwood Flooring was started by Tommy Maxwell in 1992 with 33 employees and one production line. Today, the company employs 250 and produces closes to 100,000 feet of flooring per day between its Monticello facility and its Townsend Flooring and Ouachita Hardwood Flooring locations in Warren, Ark.
