RollMaster (Hammond, La.), a software platform for flooring dealers, partnered with Testimonial Tree, a testimonial software, to allow RollMaster users to collect reviews and share them to a website, social media channel and other review sites.
Testimonial Tree helps flooring dealers collect reviews and then will automatically post them. The dealer “doesn’t have to do any additional work,” said Patrick Ferries, national sales manager for RollMaster, in a statement.
“We feel that meaningful, actionable feedback from customers is a key to success. Online reviews on sites such as Google, Yelp, and Houzz are a huge part of the buying process for the modern consumer,” he says. “At the same time, it can be challenging for the flooring dealers to manage these reviews and implement a successful strategy for obtaining them. Testimonial Tree handles this for the flooring dealer.”
