This fun project features 3 1/4" rift and quartered white oak stained in a 2:1 ratio of chestnut to dark walnut, with court line paint for clean separation. Finished with two coats of oil satin for protection and a gentle sheen.

This herringbone hallway with a 15’ x 6 3/4” curved border was fun!

Patrick J. Russell

This was a fun project for a vet. All hand-cut white oak rhombus pattern with a walnut and white oak boarder. I specifically picked these figure boards for the header. We also did the small hallway with the same pattern and boarder but in smaller format to complement the room. This project was stunning in the end coated with Heidelberg gloss LED oil.

Basketweave for my daughter’s new house. Walls are pine and the flooring is white oak. Did this on the landing to bring the two together.

David Runyon

My best real masters impersonation. First try at something a little more intricate on-site. 1,000 mistakes. Still proud of it! Learned a ton. All made with the world's okay-est Kobalt job-site saws for some really nice people who agreed to let me try this vs. standard weave/repair. Sand and finish coming soon. Late 40s-built home in Shenandoah County, Va.
