1 O 624 Wfb Jj24 Yb Trend Headshot“Rich, darker tones” in both patterned and plank flooring are the latest trend in Harare, the capital of Zimbabwe, says Karen Wiseman, marketing and sales director of Harare, Zimbabwe-based Pride of Africa Flooring. Engineered teak floors have filled the need, overtaking the area’s previous blonde, solid wood flooring trend. “Trends and looks change every few years, and it seems that dark, moody, rich colors are back,” Wiseman says. It’s a change Wiseman herself has embraced: “I personally love the new trends—dark wild teak will be part of my new home.”
