I installed it in my daughter’s house. I had a semi trailer of leftover white oak after 38 years of business. I always love to do curved layouts.

This is an old Olive and Olive floor. Each piece was pillowed and burnished with DuraSeal. I spent a few weeks restoring it.

White oak resawn or antique reclaimed is my No. 1.

This one was a refinish. We sanded up to 100, water-popped and dried overnight, then 120 final pass and water-pop. We stained with Duraseal Dark Walnut, followed with two coats of Bona DriFast oil sealer and two coats of Bona Traffic HD satin.

This is a white oak and mahogany basketweave.

This select-and-better white oak herringbone was all milled on site. It has black walnut feature strips cut from slabs on site!

This one was my first job with Daniel Antes. He fumed white oak strips, cut quartered white oak, and made us some fabulous border inlays.
Alex Hamilton
It was all rift and quartered solid from Graf. Once I got on site I was able to upsell the client.
Rob Griswold
This was a reclaimed floor from the Fred Jones estate before it was demolished; the wood was nearly 100 years old at the time of the demolishing. We finished this floor with Berger-Seidle Natural White and two coats of CeramicStar satin.

Every piece of this 3-inch white oak rift and quartered flooring was custom-cut and stained on site.

In my own house I installed a rhombus pattern using plainsawn white oak I had in scrap. It is wire-brushed and finished with 5% white ProCoat Unocoat.
