Sika Acquires May National Associates

Sika Corporation (Lyndhurst, N.J.) has acquired May National Associates Inc. (Lakewood, N.J.). May National Associates manufactures and markets silicone, polyurethane, hybrid and acrylic sealants and adhesives. The company has annual sales of about $20 million and employees 60 people. May National will operate as a subsidiary of Sika Corporation and will be managed under the existing May National management team.
