Wood flooring filler maker Timbermate Products Pty. Ltd. (Melbourne, Australia) recently announced the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary based in Southern California operating as Timbermate Group (Upland, Calif.).
Timbermate Group will handle sales, marketing and distribution for Timbermate's business in the U.S. and Canada. Kim Middleton has been named U.S. operations manager and leads the subsidiary.
Australia's Timbermate Products emphasized that Timbermate Group is the only company that is factory-authorized to distribute its products in North America. In a company release, Timbermate Products said distribution agreements with a former company, Timbermate USA, are no longer valid.
"This change will ensure that our established and loyal customers have access to a continuous supply of Timbermate," according to Errol Mymin, president at Timbermate Products.
