The new division aims to grow use of Ecore's product portfolio among contractors and architectural clientele, and Dowling will provide leadership for the company's Ecore Commercial Flooring agent network. In her new role, Dowling will work closely with Bo Barber, vice president of marketing and sales, and report to CEO Arthur Dodge III.
Dowling spent nine years as president and CEO at StarNet Commercial Flooring Cooperative (now known as StarNet Worldwide Commercial Flooring Partnership). Before joining StarNet, Dowling worked for 16 years at Armstrong World Industries, where she eventually served as its vice president of commercial sales. Her relationship with Ecore began in 2010 when she was named to the company's board of directors.
