NWFA Wraps Up 2013 Summer Workshops

The last of the National Wood Flooring Association 2013 Summer Workshops-Reclaimed Wood/Handscraped and Craftsmanship: Advanced to Expert-were held July 26-27 at the NWFA headquarters in St. Louis.

Student Toby Merrill from Walk on Wood, who was recruited to join NWFA this year by member Chris Zizza, had this to say about the school: "I always thought of the NWFA as a bunch of office nerds who have no clue what we do in the real world out here as installers. I am so impressed with the quality of the instructors, the level of expertise and the value of being at this school. I am walking away from this school with so much new information and tricks to make my job easier, I just wish I had been involved years ago... I'm hooked! I can't believe more people aren't taking advantage of this. I'm looking forward to attending many more of these schools soon."
