Flooring America and Flooring Canada held conneXtion, a bi-annual meeting for floor covering retailers, on Jan. 5.
New this year was the SocialCon event, a two-day conference that focused on how members and sales professionals can use digital marketing and social media on a local level to their company's benefit.
Flooring America and Flooring Canada staff introduced updates to the organization's F.A.S.T. (Floor America Social Tools) social media management program and to its My Floor Story review app.
“The team is energized and ready to take more market share in 2015," said Keith Spano, president of Flooring American and Flooring Canada. "We’ve built the road map and we look forward to working with our members to continue to lead the industry with our innovative approach to home fashion.”
