All Flooring Inspections Owner Dan Blake Passes Away

Dan Blake, owner of All Flooring Inspections/Flooring Training Inc. (Hoschton, Ga.), passed away Feb. 13 at the age of 73 after a long illness.

Blake was a National Wood Flooring Association Certified Professional Wood Flooring Inspector since January 2005 and became a NWFACP Honorary Life Member in May 2013. He was an expert in his field, and shared his expertise with HF readers “Stressful Situations” about dry cupping published in the October/November 2009 issue of Hardwood Floors magazine (read it online).

A memorial service for Blake will be held Feb. 20 at Hamilton Mill Christian Church in Buford, Ga.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations for a new building being built at the church. Checks can be made out to Hamilton Mill Christian Church with “In memory of Dan Blake” written on the memo line and mailed to: Hamilton Mill Christian Church 3809 Sardis Church Road Buford, GA 30519
