City Floor Supply (formerly Philadelphia Floor Store), 10 months after a fire destroyed its headquarters, has resumed counter service at its new location in King of Prussia, Pa.
Contractors will now be able to purchase supplies on site following a period of rebuilding where the business was able to officially offer only online ordering and nationwide shipping services since July 2015. However, the company did all it could while rebuilding the Pro Shop—sometimes sales representatives, operations staff and members of the administrative team pitched in and hand-delivered items, the company says.
“We are beyond grateful to our clients for their patience and understanding during these past 10 months and we look forward to welcoming them back,” said Mike Glavin, founder, in a statement.
The new Pro Shop is located at 555 E. Church Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Contractors should park on the left side of the building and proceed through the temporary contractor entrance.
