Floor & Décor Starts Construction on Ft. Lauderdale Showroom

Floor & Décor (Smyrna, Ga.) leased 82,755 square feet in an industrial park in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., for a showroom and distribution center to open in early 2017, according to South Florida Business Journal.

The showroom and distribution center is the company’s seventh in the area. It also has locations in Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach, Hialeah, Pembroke Pines, Miami Gardens and Riviera Beach.

Floor & Décor announced in September it plans to open a 1.43 million-square-foot distribution facility in Savannah, Ga., in January 2018.
