American Sanders Plans Two Contractor Maintenance Classes

American Sanders (Sparta, N.C.) is holding two Contractor Maintenance classes at its manufacturing plant on Aug. 7–8 and Sept. 26–27 led by training manager Daniel Boone and technical services manager Brien Kinsey.

The classes are focused on preventative maintenance and minor repairs, with an emphasis on the American Sanders FloorCrafter belt sander and the company’s edgers. Participants are encouraged to bring their own machine, but stand-ins will be available at the factory.

“My equipment is the single largest investment I have in my business,” Boone said in a statement. “American Sanders’ Contractor Maintenance Classes teach you how to keep your equipment in top running order. Top performing machines insure top quality floors. With these simple techniques and knowledge, American Sanders will provide a lifetime of successful floors.”

The class costs $250, which includes lunch and a set number of parts to repair the machines. Registration can be completed at the American Sanders website.
