Kährs Group (Malmo, Sweden) reported a second quarter 2017 profit of $4.31 million ($35 million SEK) unchanged from the second quarter of 2016.
Sales were $97.6 million ($792 million SEK), an increase of 5 percent from sales of $93.03 million ($755 million SEK ) in the second quarter of 2016.
”Kährs Group showed stable sales growth and continued improvement in operating profit in the second quarter,” said CEO Christer Persson in a statement. “Our three hardwood flooring segments, Nordics, Europe and Other Markets, all contributed to the sales increase of 5 percent compared with the previous year.”
